In the field of domestic hot water equipment, the selection of the material for the inner tank is of utmost importance. The corrosion resistance of this material directly affects the service life of the equipment and the water safety of users. In recent years, 304 and 316L stainless steel have gradually replaced ordinary carbon steel as the mainstream material in the industry due to their excellent anti-corrosion and anti-scaling capabilities. Relevant research data shows that water tanks with 316L stainless steel inner tanks can have a service life of over 15 years in daily acidic and alkaline environments, while water tanks made of ordinary carbon steel can only last for 5 to 7 years and are prone to rust contamination of the water quality.

Hengrui’s high-pressure water tank always prioritizes material quality. It selects 304, 316L, and duplex steel as the inner tank plates. These materials not only have excellent corrosion resistance but also ensure water quality safety from the source, preventing secondary pollution caused by material rust. In addition, Hengrui has established a strict testing system to conduct salt spray tests, tensile tests, and other multiple tests on each batch of plates. Taking the salt spray test as an example, after placing the plate sample in a salt spray box with a temperature of 35℃ and a 5% concentration of sodium chloride solution and spraying continuously for 720 hours, the 316L stainless steel sample shows almost no significant changes, with a corrosion rate of less than 0.01mm/year, far exceeding industry standards. By strictly controlling the materials, Hengrui’s high-pressure water tank can operate stably in complex environments such as damp and high-temperature conditions, providing safe, reliable, and durable hot water solutions for hotels, construction sites, and other places.
